Vacuum pumps are devices used in technology for removing gases and creating a underpressure (vacuum) in the closed space of the tank. The most important parameters of vacuum pumps are the final pressure (the smallest pressure that can be obtained with such a pump) and the efficiency (usually measured in liters of gas pumped out per unit of time).
