Pressure chamber 8.0l, steel powder painted PC2123S
Description
Pressure chamber PC2123S is used in casting process of details from molding products such as silicone, resin (polyurethane, epoxy), gypsum, wax.
The chamber’s body is made of steel powder painted, its capacity is 8.0l and internal dimensions are: diameter 21cm to 23cm in height. Lid is made of thick steel plate powder painted. The chamber is provided with a vulcanized silicone seal. The applied seal is reliable and has a low susceptibility to mechanical deformation. Two ball valves and pressure reducer allow you to freely control the course of pumping the chamber and mounted manometer indicates current pressure in the chamber. The chamber is equipped with a intake air filter, which effectively makes it impossible to get any dirt to the tank. The chamber can by connected to the air compressor by quick coupling fitting. The product is made from materials of the highest quality and branded sealant to the threads.
The pressure chamber PC2123S allows operation up to +5.0 bar of relative pressure. The activation of the safety valve, in which the chamber is equipped, is +5.3 bar.
Excellent seal of the pressure system guarantees that overpressure will be maintained for at least the next several dozen hours after the compressor is disconnected. All of our vacuum systems, are 100% checked and verified before shipping to the customer.
