     Professional 80-liter vacuum chamber, specifically designed for industrial use in the furniture and woodworking industries. The chamber enables long-term storage of PU (polyurethane) adhesives, components, glue machine heads, and edgebander nozzles. It maintains a stable vacuum for extended periods – even several days – effectively extending the usability of the stored materials.

The tank is equipped with a durable vulcanized silicone gasket that offers high resistance to mechanical deformation and maintains leak-tightness even during prolonged use. Thanks to two ball valves, the vacuum process can be fully controlled. The chamber also includes a glycerin-filled vacuum gauge, which provides accurate vacuum readings for continuous monitoring. An air inlet filter effectively protects the chamber’s interior from contaminants that could affect stored or degassed materials.

Connection to the vacuum pump is made via a sturdy hose connector, fitted with a reinforced 1.5-meter hose (8 mm inner diameter). All components are made from high-quality materials and sealed with branded thread sealant, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability.

Warning: This chamber is not intended for use with ImpResin90 wood stabilization, or with alcohol, ethanol, acetone, acrylic-based monomers or polymers, or styrene-based resins. For those applications, we recommend using a chamber with a tempered glass lid, also available in our product range.
