Vacuum chamber 80.0l with stirrer and drive, stainless steel VC4550SSMN

     Vacuum chamber VC4550SSMN is intended for degassing casting materials such as silicones, polyurethane, polyester and epoxy resins, plaster, or wax. The degassing process eliminates air bubbles from mixtures, significantly improving the quality of molds, casts, and final products. The chamber tank is made of high-quality, acid- and chemical-resistant stainless steel. The tank has a capacity of 80 L, with internal dimensions of 450 mm in diameter and 500 mm in height. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a stainless steel ball drain valve, allowing easy emptying. The chamber is mounted on four legs with castors, facilitating movement within the workspace. Airtightness is ensured by a vulcanized silicone gasket with 60°ShA hardness, offering high durability and resistance to deformation. The lid is also made of acid-resistant stainless steel. Two thick polycarbonate windows allow observation of the process. The vacuum chamber VC4550SSMN is equipped with an airtight manifold with two ball valves, allowing precise control of the degassing process. The glicerine pressure gauge enables real-time monitoring of the pressure level, and the inlet air filter protects the material from contamination. The chamber is connected to a pump via a pneumatic fitting, fitted with a reinforced hose of 8 mm internal diameter and 1.5 m length. The excellent airtightness of the system ensures that vacuum can be maintained for several hours after the pump is disconnected.

      The chamber is equipped with a galvanized steel stirrer driven by a 0.37 kW electric motor with a reduction gear ratio of 1:18.17. The stirrer mechanism allows degassing and homogenization of casting materials of varying viscosity. Smooth rotational speed regulation is provided by a modern power inverter, which reduces the risk of aerating the mixture by adjusting the mixing intensity to the material properties. In addition, the system allows the rotation direction to be changed (left/right), ensuring even mixing and efficient degassing even of thick resins and silicones. Operation is controlled via an intuitive panel mounted on the chamber casing. At the customer's request, the galvanized steel stirrer can be replaced with a stainless steel stirrer.
