Vacuum pump VP160, 170l/min (6CFM)
Description
The vacuum pump VP160 is a single stage, oil pump with free air displacement of 170l/min (6CFM) and ultimate vacuum 5Pa (37microns).
New series of vacuum pumps is characterized by high efficiency, very high vacuum value and quiet working. RS vacuum pumps represent high quality for a reasonable price and are covered by a one year warranty.
All RS series pumps are equipped with oil mist filter and a one-way mechanical valve. This valve prevents the backflow of oil from pump into the chamber.
Presented pump is an ideal solution as a component of vacuum degassing systems. Also perfectly suited for air conditioning servicing, and other industrial tasks.
All of our vacuum pumps, are checked and tested, before the shipment to the customer.
Kit Contents:
- vacuum pump VP160
- oil needed for the first start
- instruction manual
Optional additional equipment for the vacuum pump:
- Solenoid valve - 100% eliminates the possibility of oil flowing back into the system after turning off the pump. This valve operates on an electromechanical principle and isolates the connection between the vacuum pump inlet and the rest of the vacuum system to which the pump is connected. This solution is not susceptible to the problems of the standard mechanical solution built into the pump, i.e. too high oil level or contamination of the vacuum path.
- Vacuum gauge - standard vacuum gauge in a steel housing. The diameter of the dial is 40mm, the units in which it is scaled are MPa and cmHg.
- Glycerin vacuum gauge - a solid, vibration-resistant vacuum gauge with a stainless steel housing and glycerin filling. The dial diameter is 63mm, the units are scaled to bar and inHg. The meter is made in measurement class 1.6.
