Vacuum trap 12.5l, for infusion process, aluminum VT2523A
Description
Vacuum trap VT2523A is used in infusion process to protect vacuum pump. The trap captures the excess resin, not allowing the resin to be suck by the vacuum pump.
The chamber’s body is made of aluminum, its capacity is 12.5l and internal dimensions are: diameter 25cm to 23cm in height. Lid is made of thick polycarbonate. The chamber is provided with a silicone seal. The applied seal is reliable and has a low susceptibility to mechanical deformation. Excellent transparency of the lid allows you to observe process. Ball valve allow you to freely control the course of the process and mounted glycerin vacuum gauge indicates current vacuum in the chamber. The chamber is attached to a pump with a pneumatic fitting, which is fitted in reinforced hose with an internal diameter of 8 mm and a length of 1.5 m. The product is made from materials of the highest quality and branded sealant to the threads.

Warning. Chambers with polycarbonate lid are not designed to work with a resin for wood stabilization, alcohol, ethanol, acetone, monomers or polymers based on acrylic, styrene-born resins. For these purposes, we recommend using chambers with tempered glass lid, which we also have in our offer.
