Vacuum chamber 230.0l stainless steel VC6080SSSS

Vacuum chamber with a capacity of 230.0l was designed for professional liquid and molding products degassing process. It is adapted to products such as silicone, resin (polyurethane, polyester, epoxy), gypsum, wax and other materials which require efficient air bubbles’ elimination. Its large work-surface and high chemical resistance make it perfect for industrial and workshop applications.

The chamber’s tank is made of acid-resistant stainless steel, guaranteeing a good corrosion resistance, easy maintenance and the device’s long-lasting durability. The chamber’s internal dimensions are 600 mm of diameter and 800 mm of height which creates a work-surface of 230.0l.

The chamber is equipped with a solid stainless steel lid with two durable polycarbonate windows. The windows allow easy observation of degassing process while still assuring high mechanical resistance and operation security.

The applied silicone gasket guarantees the excellent air tightness and has a low susceptibility to mechanical deformation. Two ball valves allow you to freely control the course of the degassing process while the mounted glycerin vacuum gauge indicates current vacuum level in the chamber. The chamber is equipped as well with an intake air filter, which effectively makes it impossible to get any dirt to degassed material.

The chamber is attached to a pump with a pneumatic fitting, which is fitted in reinforced hose with an internal diameter of 8 mm and a length of 1.5 m. The product is made from The materials of the highest quality and professional sealant to the threads were used for the production of the chamber.

Chambers with polycarbonate lid are not designed to work with the ImpResin90 (resin for wood stabilization), solvants, alcohol, ethanol, acetone, monomers or polymers based on acrylic, styrene-born resins. For these purposes, we recommend using chambers with tempered glass lid, which we also have in our offer.
